Shipping policy

We want your beautiful items to arrive safely and swiftly! Below are the details of how we ship:

Processing time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Since our items are hand sewn and come in directly from Bali, we will notify you if there is any delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery: We ship within the U.S and NOT Internationally at this time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days unless you specify a different shipping method. 

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Spicy Bambu is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.
