Spicy Bambu Return and Exchange Policy

At Spicy Bambu, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we gladly offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date.

Please note the following guidelines:

• Handmade and One-of-a-Kind: All of our items are handmade and uniquely dyed or crafted. Variations in color, pattern, or texture are natural and part of what makes each piece special- they are not considered defects.
• Condition of items: We can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items that have been used or laundered are not eligible for return or exchanges.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to Spicy Bambu. If you are exchanging, Spicy Bambu will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
